in the quiet moments, the ordinary choices, and the way we meet our actual lives.
The Living Awake Circle is a place to stay close to that.
We gather twice each month for practice, reflection, and shared inquiry in a simple, steady way.
No new curriculum.
No pressure to be anywhere other than where you are.
Simply a place to return.

What This Is
An ongoing space for practice, reflection, and integration
Each gathering includes:
- a short teaching or reflection
- a guided meditation
- space for shared inquiry into how the practice is unfolding in ordinary life
Sometimes we may stay close to one of the teachings from the course.
Sometimes we may explore what is most alive in the room.
The intention is simple: to keep the practice living, breathing, and usable.
