Beginning August 18, continuing each week through September 15

Each class is $10
or sign up for all 5 classes for $40

We will explore:

  • Simple meditation techniques for beginning or experienced meditators
  • Finding Peace from the inside out
  • Making meditation a regular part of your life
  • Cultivating your “Loving Kindness Muscle”

We will have the opportunity to answer questions and share our experiences of meditation. Together we will support each other on our journey to wellness and inner peace.
